Fyi, we have a bug for this so feel free to vote for it. But for the
time being we recommend the Project Explorer as Rob points out.

The Navigator only goes to the file level so I don't believe this is
possible. You may want to try the Project Explorer as an alternative to
both the Package Explorer and Navigator.
