user based saveState()? [message #447734]

I have a login-based RCP app and want to be able to save the workbench
state for each user. I've read this bug
(https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=85373) which seems to
address the same need, but am not understanding how to use the Workbench
and WorkbenchWindow advisors and configurers to save separate data for
each user. It seems that all I can do is add/retrieve data to/from the
existing memento which is not user specific. What am I missing?
