I have the same problem as bug 60975 (can't download files with mozilla). This bug says that it has been fixed in HEAD. I am using the 11/29 build of SWT and this problem still happens. Is there something special that has to been done to get this to work?

Please open a bug report with the following details:
Which Mozilla version are you using?
Which Linux distribution?
Does it also fail to download from the Eclipse.org download page? Do you at
least get the File dialog window or nothing?
Does the actual Mozilla successfully download it?
