does somebody know how/if the AJAX Toolkit Framework can be used with PDT?

The documentation says -

An Ajax runtime can be added to an existing Static and Dynamic Web
projects. Select the project and in the right click menu select
"Properties". Under "Project Facets" press the "Modify Project..."
button. Add the Ajax facet press the "Next>" button. Select an Ajax
runtime and press "Finish".

But the PDT project I have does not seem to have Project Facets.
