Does anyone know how to do a 'cvs remove' from the eclipse interface?
It doesn't seem like choosing to 'delete' a file in the interface will do
it because I don't get a message saying the file was scheduled for removal.

Geoff,

Deleted files are automatically treated as removed files which will be
committed on the next commit. after deleting a file, perform a
Team>Synchronze on the project and you will see that the file appears as
an outgoing deletion. Committing the file will remove the file on the
server.
