We are developing a plug-in that defines a new project nature, but also uses
the Java nature. We have programmatically added some external JARs to the
project being created. We would also like to programmatically set the
Javadoc Location for one of these JARs, but can't find any "legal" way to do
this. If anyone knows how, please help.

Thanks.

JavaUI.setLibraryJavadocLocation

This seems to be an official API for setting it.
