Hi,
I only want to report for a possible bug.
I recently upgraded my local repositories to Subversion 1.7. I also
upgraded my TortoiseSVN to use 1.6.1.

I just copied some new files over some old files in my local
repository in Zend Studio for Eclipse 6.1.1 (Java HL 1.5.4 connector) and
tried to do a commit.
I get this:
------------------------------------------------------------ -------------------------------------
"Some of selected resources were not committed.
Failed to execute WebDAV PROPPATCH
svn: Commit failed (details follow):
svn: At least one property change failed; repository is unchanged
RA layer request failed
svn: Error setting property 'log':
Could not execute PROPPATCH."
------------------------------------------------------------ -------------------------------------

Visual SVN team have done some investigation. It turns out that the
problem is caused by Subclipse. It appears to be a bug in Subclipse which
doesn't ensure that properties are in utf8 with only LF lineendings.

Error environment:
------------------
Windows XP, Visual SVN Server 1.7, Tortoise SVN 1.6.1,
Zend Studio for Eclipse 6.1.1 (Native Java HL 1.5.4 connector)

Thanks in advance.

Hello Olagato,

This is a Subversive mailing list but not a Subclipse one. In any way this
problem also relates to Subversive too. We know about this problem, for more
details, please see https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=271616

SOLVED:
Install new release of ZSE 1.6.2.
http://www.zend.com/en/products/studio/downloads
Working fine with new Visual SVN Server 1.7.1
