Michael,
Sorry for the delay in my response. We've pretty much stopped updating
this OHF Bridge installation due to the fact the server is quite
unreliable and combined with the fact that users of the OHF Bridge must
use it in their local environment at Connectathon. Sorry for the
references to the site in our documentation, we haven't been very
diligent in our updates of docs :)
As for running it in your local environment, it's very straightforward
to download and run locally. See:

Hi Micheal -
You've reached the right forum here. We'll look into this - we had a
site shut down recently -- probably nothing more than re-starting Tomcat
or something.
