With the introduction of 3.0 we got SWT trees with custom fonts in each
item. I have built a tree that use a bold and an italic version of the
standard font for some notes and I want to change these special versions
as soon as the default font changes.

Is there a way to get a "message" when one of the default fonts change
so that I can order my Tree to refresh it's internal fonts ?
