Action does not work after deployment: "The chosen operation is not currently available" [message #437677]

After I deployed my RCP to a win32 application, I try to use an action.
When I start the program from Eclipse, this works perfectly fine, but when I
use the deployed
application, I get the following message:

"The chosen operation is not currently available"

Does anyone have a clue how to solve this?

There should be a stack trace generated with this error message in the log file. Look in /workspace/.metadata/.log and provide the stack if you need additional assistance -- but it should tell you the root cause.
