Hi,

I want my perspective bar to be fixed. The user should not be able to
change the order in which the shorcuts are displayed.
Furthermore the "Customize ..." and so on - menu should not be visible.

Does anybody know how to manage this?

I'm not sure how to fix the shortcut order in the bar itself, but you
should be able to use activities to get rid of the customize menu item.

Check out activities in the help, and then find the id of the Customize
.... menu item.
