Using a TableTree with SWT.CHECK set, I get a TableTree with the checkbox
in the first column,
followed by the plus sign in the next column.

Is there a way to reverse this, so that the plus sign precedes the
checkbox?
Better yet, is there a way to control the "checkbox column" so that I can
draw my own checkboxes/controls?
