Where can I locate localization properties for the ActionFactory? We're
having difficulty localizing these Actions.

Senior Member

They are either coming from the org.eclipse.ui plugin or from the
org.eclipse.ui.workbench plugin. If you are using a 3.0 codebase you can
grab the translation pack from eclipse.org. The 3.1 translation pack
should be available soon.
