Hello,

I am using the SWT browser widget in my application. I've just received an
eMail from someone telling about a "Children Porn Page" opening as browser
page inside my application. I told him that I am only using the IE in SWT
with no real control over it (as in this case a popup showed that
content).

Question: Do I have to protect myself against such pages that might appear
in my application because I am using the SWT browser widget? The
application is released under the terms of GPL. Not sure if that is
sufficient for this problem.

Thanks for help.

Regards,
Ben

I wonder why they don't use the Mozilla-based browserwidget for Windows
as well. This would avoid trouble like unwanted popups and other nasty
stuff... Maybe that would be worth a feature request in the bugzilla.
