wat is the difference betwen the two methods ?

2) i have made the Directory structure and i have used the labelProvider
to put images on the TreeItems ...but it lacks the look and feel of
Windows ..if i want to put the Systemicon as the image how do i get the
image from the System ....Is there any way to get the systemIcon and the
convert to Image ?
