There are 3 articles on the eclipse.org site written by Ed Burnette
covering the basic of RCP.
For some concepts such as views, perspectives, actions, etc... the help
included in eclipse as well as the articles from the eclipse website is
good.
Finally there have been two tutorials on RCP at eclipsecon 2005
(eclipsecon.org).
