Hello,

i'm new at the group. First i want to thank all who contribute to this
fine piece of work.

Here is my question :

When i use diagrams with activity partitions containing the activities the
diagrams will not be generated (error.log is empty). When i put the
partitions over the activity-flow (without containing it actually) the
generation works fine.

Same effect on "custom categories" or "delivery processes".

Does this work as designed or is it a bug ?

Regards Andreas

That was a bug. https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=203923. It's
scheduled to release for EPF 1.2.0.2

I am not sure what you meant by custom categories. If you could provide
detailed steps, it will be helpful. Better yet, you could open a bug. It
could be related to same one I mentioned above, but you could have
different scenario. And I would like to see whether we covered all the
possible scenarios or not.

Thanks

Thanks for the answer.

The post looks quite familiar. But in my installation (Version: 1.2.0.1
Build Label: 20070912-1538) the effect does not show up in browsing mode
but in the published web-side (browsing mode works fine).

1. I build a Capability pattern (that's what i meant not the "custom
categories" sry)
2. put a tiny flow on it.
3. publish it --> picture shows up
4. put a activity partition on the diagram
5. put the flow in the partition
6. publish it --> diagram does not show up
7. put the flow out of the partition
8. put the partition over the flow without containing it
9. publish it --> diagram shows up

Hope that helps. I can not attach this to the bug-note because at the
moment port 443 is blocked of our firewall. I'm working on it.

Regards Andreas
