When I use "Compare With" to compare two revisions, in this case trunk and
branch, I see results for files that only seem to differ in revision
number (the file content is identical). When I compare the same revisions
using an "svn diff" command the results only includes files with actual
content differences.

Is there a configuration setting to alter the plugin's comparison behavior
to ignore revision number differences?
