Which plugin shall I load in order to access CommandStackExceptionHandler ?

Google shows it all:

The package name org.eclipse.emf.workspace.examples.extlibrary.domain
gets you to the EMF Transaction examples zip which contains a
workspace.zip (no idea why).
Et voilá
