I'm pleased to annouce the election of Victor Roldan Betancort as a new
committer of the CDO project.

Vik has shown a constant engagement with high-quality results in various
CDO areas. His work in the user interface area was always highly
appreciated and it is time to honor this adequately. Vik will be our main
UI responsible in the future.

A warm welcome from the team and the community!
