I am new to Eclipse and apologize in advance if I am posting this too
the wrong group.

I have installed Eclipse on my laptop, which is running Windows XP. I
would like to install a Version Control tool that will work with Eclipse
on my Laptop. I will be doing development only on my lap top.

Is CVS the only version control tool that Eclipse will support?

The Eclipse Faq talks about CVSNT. They say it is not supported.
Because development lags behind the Unix/Linux version. Is there a
version of CVS that Eclipse will support?

Thanks

Albert

CVS is the only client shipped with Eclipse. There are plugins available
for other providers. Check the www.eclipse.org site under the community
section.

CVSNT is not officially supported but I believe there are many who use
it succesfully in the setup you mention.
