My company counts few developers, but all of them has been "forced" to
learn the eclipse platform. Now they are happy to use it.

take a look at this screenshot :

this work has been done in few hours making :

a custom jface Viewer subclass that accept as input an our model eobject
developing an adapter factory that create adapters for rendering the model
as 3d object
Using the edit plugin to create the tree viewer and the property view

learning emf is not only learning a new tool, but it's learning a new way
to develop.
Model Driven Development rocks.

Cool. I recognize those icons in the outline view. There must be more
versions of this icon in Eclipse than all others combined. That
sometimes makes the graphic designers sad. :-P
