to be compliant with SWT, we had to move the factory methods of Color,
Font, and Image to a new Class named org.eclipse.rap.graphics.Graphics.
To create instances of these classes, please use the methods
Graphics#getColor( ... ), Graphics#getFont( ... ), and
Graphics#getImage( ... ).
