I would like to know if the current SDO implementation that ships with EMF is 2.x compliant and if it can readily work with the
current Tuscany components like DAS.

If not, is this in the works or are there ways to accomplish this. Any pointers? Documentation? Ideas?

Thanks

Alain,

EMF's SDO implementation is based SDO 1.0 and we have no plans at this
time to provide support for SDO 2.x or any future versions of SDO. Of
course the community is welcome to step in. My general impression is
that the Tuscany SDO work is not very active and doesn't have much of
momentum. I suspect you'd get similar or better support for
database-backed persistence via EMFT's Teneo or CDO components.
