DTP 1.6 Source for Builds [message #41587] Thu, 14 February 2008 19:41 Go to next message

Hi, I need to develop a custom ODA extension using the against the Ganymede milestone builds. Is there any easy way to
get the source jars? Are they available? If not, can they be made available?

I just installed ODA feature and this plugin was downloaded:
org.eclipse.datatools.connectivity.oda_3.1.2.200712051.jar

It would be nice if I could also get a source jar named (something like):
org.eclipse.datatools.connectivity.oda.source_3.1.2.20071205 1.jar

I noticed that the file that gets downloaded is from a mirror of this:
http://download.eclipse.org/releases/ganymede/plugins/org.ec lipse.datatools.connectivity.oda_3.1.2.200712051.jar.pack.gz

It would be nice if this was available for download:
http://download.eclipse.org/releases/ganymede/plugins/org.ec lipse.datatools.connectivity.oda_3.1.2.200712051.source.jar. pack.gz

thoughts?
Cameron

You can download the DTP SDK package from the download page:
http://www.eclipse.org/datatools/downloads.php
Look under the org.eclipse.datatools.source_* folder, and you will see
separate src.zip for each plugin project.
BTW, you might want to get the latest M5 milestone release version, which
should be available on the download page later today.
