Greetings all,
I searched bugzilla to see if this has been reported, and I can't tell
whether this issue is the one as it's slightly different:
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=191214
My problem is that after I deactivate an issue and am seemingly "out" of
mylyn, the working set filter in the navigator view no longer works. All
projects show up. The only way I can get working sets to filter again is by
restarting eclipse.
Anyone know if this is a well-known problem?
Thanks.
Marc

Sounds like a bug. Please do report it, bug 191214 looks old and is not
likely related. Please include the view (Project Explorer or Package
Explorer) that you're noticing this with.
