Not sure how this is supposed to work. I have tried entering the %URL% and other various variations of "parameters" to
launch my custom browser with a specific url. But it seems to only work partially. The best I can seem to get out of it
is something like:

http://eclipse.org file/d:/eclipse/plugins/org.eclipse.webbrowser_3.0.0/home/ho me.html
this
file/d:/eclipse/plugins/org.eclipse.webbrowser_3.0.0/home/ho me.html%20eclipse.org

or some other weird concatination of the default URL and the custom URL I wnat to use. %URL% does not seem to do
anything. What is the correct usage to get this nifty little widget working correctly. Or is this a bug.

Gratci
