Dear EPF community,

I have my own process diagram and want to upload this diagram onto EPF,
and create links to tasks, workproducts, etc.

Is it possible? How do we do it?

Thanks in advance.

Best Regards,
Esti

I'm copying the response given in epf-dev by Jiang Xuan:

Hi Esti,

I'm not sure I followed your question, do you means you want create
customize diagram in your process? If so, please follow below steps.

1. Create a supporting material in your content package

2. Insert your own process diagram into main description of supporting
material

3. Create a image map link of your process diagram

4. DnD the Task (work product or others elements) to RTE then switch to HTML
tab to get the element link

5. Paste the link as image map link

6. OPen your own process, switch to WBS

7. Right click on your process, select Diagrams->User Defined Diagrams

8. Check the diagram type and click 'Select'

9. Select the supporting material you created just now and click OK

Then do a browse or publish, the user defined diagram will replace the tools
generated one.

Thanks & Regards, Jiang Xuan
