Greetings folks,

When using a url.zipped reader - do you have to specify the
buckminster.component using a format at all?

I haven't been able to find documentation on this and am getting the
dreaded "Missing CSpec source required by component type osgi.bundle"
which I found indicated that I had screwed up the uri format for the
"local" reader.

I'm trying to configure chaining Hudson triggered builds that use
Buckminster to actually build. Each build depends on the output of the
previous ones using Hudson's url scheme to get the latest build artifacts
as a flat zip files containing binary plugins. Is this a legit way to go?

I also tried using Hudson's urls to deliver a p2 site and use the
eclipse.import reader, but the reader didn't seem to find anything in the
site.p2 directory generated by running the #site.p2 action on my feature.
Additionally, buckminster listsite reported no Features found as well.
Can I generate a legitimate p2 site by running only site.p2 on my feature
after resolving it?

The uri should point to a zip file that *is* the component in the format
specified by componentType.
I.e. you may want to use buckminster.component if your uri to the zip
file should contain the component name.

Did that help you?

Thank you, Henrik. Your response helped me realize that I really needed
to be using eclipse.import and a full p2 site to achieve my goal.
