I have a plugin that adds launch configurations for running web apps in
Jetty. As well I'm about to release a version that integrates with the
Eclipse Profiler Plugin built by the folks at
eclipsecolorer.sourceforge.net.
The plugin is quite useful, works well, and is not very large. I, and my
company are willing to donate the code to this project if that is desirable.
