First off, apologies in advance if this is not the preferred forum for
this type of post. (Would a mailing list or bugzilla be better?)
Secondly, it was great getting to meet some of the GMT folks this past
week @ EclipseCON. I look forward to working with you guys more in future.
The GMT homepage [1] states:
"GMT is the official research **incubator** project of the top-level
Eclipse Modeling Project."

To be a true incubator project (and benefit from the parallel IP
process), you must adhere to this simple set of rules [2], [3]. See also
this wiki doc [4].

Once complete, send a note to the powers-that-be (emo@eclipse.org) in
order to get your "non-conforming" status changed on the project list
page [5].

If you have any questions, or would like to know how to adopt some or
all of the Modeling Project's shared web infrastructure (eg., release
notes, team photos [6], Search CVS [7], RSS feeds for builds), don't
hesitate to drop me a line or find me via IM or IRC.
