Attached is a proposal to create a new SysML component as part of the MDT
subproject. Technical discussions about the formation, scope, and direction
of this new component will take place on the eclipse.modeling.mdt newsgroup
(please prefix the subject with [SysML]). If you have comments or ideas, or
interest in contributing to the component, please join in the discussion!
