Hi Arturo,
Buckminster can set some workspace preferences using the setpref command
such as target platform and java version used in a build. It doesn't
sound like that's what your after though.

Buckminster can also use a workspace template. A template workspace is
essentially an empty workspace that you create. You then use your IDE to
set all preferences and then zip the workspace.

We have some plans for a more elaborate way of defining preferences in
the workspace but it's yet to be implemented. Our hope was that Eclipse
would provide a generic way of exporting all workspace preferences but
unfortunately that didn't happen. Another difficulty that we must deal
with is how to update. A situation that will require some rules for
preference merging.
