The Foundation has decided to collapse the eclipse.modeling.mdt.uml2.ocl,
eclipse.modeling.mdt.uml2.uml, and eclipse.modeling.mdt.uml2.tools newgroups
into one newsgroup, eclipse.modeling.mdt.uml2. If you have an opinion on
this change you can express it by commenting on
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=165777.
