Hi!
Hi i tried using the BPMN-Designer and BABEL tools to transform BPMN to
Bpel. My Question is if it's planed for the future to do all this with one
designer more comfortable and especially if it is planed to support Human
Task like BPEL4People in the future. What needs to be done to support
human tasks?
Best Regards
Michael

Well, Micheal, my company Intalio ships such a product (BPMN 2 BPEL and
BPEL4People).

The SOA Tools BPMN modeler as is doesn't have capabilities to create BPEL.

The BPEL4PEOPLE specification has recently evolved into an extension of
the BPEL markup IIRC. So it is not related to BPMN modeling.

Thanks,

Antoine

Michael,

I have published a paper in the 2008 BPM and Workflow Handbook
(http://www.wfmc.org/) entitled "Human Services" that addresses this
issue. You can find a portion on the paper on my website
http://www.jeffreyricker.com/papers/Human-Services.pdf Hope this helps.
