I have only tried to link one person from each team/company that is =
interested/committed to=20
STP. Please feel free to forward the mail to other members of your =
team.
We are working to do a face to face for STP to kick the project off. =
We believe that this will be necessary=20
to get all the "committed" contributors in-sync on this project. We =
want to limit the architectural and
planning influence on the project to only those companies that are =
going to be contributing and signing
up to deliver to the project.=20
What we want to do is have an architectural and planning meeting =
late November, or =20
December. We are thinking of doing a 2 1/2 day face to face.
Day one - STP goals, and architecture
Day two - Working groups for each subproject / Integration review =
end of day
Day three - Document decision and create high level impl plan, to go =
to planning.
The first set of dates we would like to try balloon are:
November 21th-23rd hosted in Waltham at IONA ( might be two short =
notice)
or
December 12th-14th hosted in Waltham MA
If you are wanting to attend, please could you comment on =
availability for the dates
