Hello,

I am new to BIRT and have one simple question. Are there any examples
out there about BIRT and Hibernate. Can I create Reports using Hibernate
or do I have to create SQL Queries ?

Thanks

Andreas

Andreas,

Yes you can integrate BIRT and Hibernate. This can be done by using
either a scripted datasource or an ODA that connects to Hibernate.
JBoss implemented an ODA :
http://docs.jboss.org/tools/whatsnew/birt/birt-news-1.0.0.Al pha1.html

For some examples see:
