Eugene keeps bringing this up, so we haven't removed the dialog yet, but
we still haven't heard from many others in favor of keeping it. So if
others want this this (having two separate Open task dialogs, one for
remote tasks and one for local tasks, or a much more sophisticated
single dialog) please comment on:

Dennis, you don't really need to implement anything. This dialog is
showing tasks from the Task List that are matching entered task id.
The story is that while I really like this dialog, it is being
replaced by more cluttered Task Search dialog that you can invoke on
Ctrl-H (the Tasks tab) or Ctrl-Shift-F12. All my proposals to merge
"Open Task" and "Open Repository Task" dialogs have been rejected and
chances are that good old "Open Repository Task" dialog will be retired
for Mylyn 3.0.
