This is slightly off-topic, but I thought I'd ask this here before
posting on the bugzilla mailing list.

I'm using Mylyn-2.1.0 to connect to bugzilla located at
(http://swtbot.org/bugzilla)

I'm able to use mylyn to query and get bugzilla tasks. I'm not able to
submit changes to a task using the mylyn connector.

It seems there's some cookie issue that I'm facing where the various
http connections to bugzilla do not use the same cookie.

Here's the request header that I'm able to sniff:

POST /bugzilla/process_bug.cgi HTTP/1.1
Content-Type: application/x-www-form-urlencoded; charset=3DUTF-8
User-Agent: Eclipse Mylyn (HttpClient/3.0.1)
Host: swtbot.org
Content-Length: 650

I don't see any cookie headers or login information being sent by mylyn.

I'm able to hit this url from the browser to update the bug (the URL is

Is there some special configuration that bugzilla needs ?

Here's what I figured out:
The cookie domain for http://swtbot.org/bugzilla was set to
".swtbot.org" so that subdomains could use this cookie. Turning this off
(by setting it to null) seems to have worked.
