Hi
the CDT seems to be OK, C-files are parsed, objects shown but when trying to
edit them I get 'red error' and file not shown in editor.
I know the CDT is primary targeted for Linux but I really would like to see
the full plugin working as much as possible.
maybe this is in bugzilla, but I am not fun of bugzilla (mantis is so much
better), ok ok because of the Eclipse, I might learn bugzilla too.

Hi Antti,
CDT is currently compatible with Eclipse R1.0, not the 2.0 development drivers.
Sorry about the confusion. We need to make this dependency much more obvious.
Although we don't target Windows ourselves, we know that much of CDT will work
there,
especially if you are using the Cygwin package from RedHat.

Would be a good idea to write it on your web page.
Anyway, why are you not supporting Windows ? I'd love to use the same
IDE on Linux as on Windows for my programming projects. I already use
the cygwin tools with gcc 3.0 on my win2k pc, so that it feels like the
unix box :-) Only a recent Eclipse is missing.
But I know you can do that :-)
Thanks
Daniel
