I have a transformation which works only one time, the first time.
In the console I find :

WARNING: overwriting local EMF registry entry for
http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans
WARNING: overwriting local EMF registry entry for http://INES_Activity.ecore

in the following calls :
WARNING: overwriting local EMF registry entry for http://INES_Activity.ecore

and the input Model seems empty, but it isn't, it the same file.

It looks like a problem with the EMF registry.
Both meta models are registered by emf plug ins.

How could I investigate this further ?

greetings urs.
