strange behavior of controlMoved(ControlListener) [message #36575]

I have noticed some strange behavior of the controlMoved method in the
ControlListener. I am trying to implement the "docking" of a shell. So when
the shell is moved near the side of the display, it is supposed to be
positioned at let's say 0, 0 and when it is moved afterwards the
controlMoved method should place it again where it was before.
What I have come across is that the controlMoved method does not react at
all at the moving of the shell. I can move it all across the screen, but it
is never executed. When I resize the shell however, the controlMoved method
is executed too.
Has anyone experienced the same behavior so far? If yes any suggestions
would be welcome.

controlMoved for a shell that was moved client-side is not yet implemented.
Feel free to open a feature request in Bugzilla to track the development
state.
