Install Photran Plugin [message #1872686]

Hello, I have recently installed Eclipse Parallel 2023-09-R IDE to use the Photran Plugin. Problem is I am unable to install this plugin and all the documentation I can found online seems to be deprecated. Can someone help me to install and use this Plugin?

Here are the steps to install the Photran Plugin
- Install CDT first. Go to Help > Install New Software... and select the CDT package from the official Eclipse repository.
- Then Open Help > Install New Software.... Click Add... and enter the following information: Name: Photran. Location: `http://download.eclipse.org/tools/ptp/updates/luna` (this URL may still work even though it references an older Eclipse release). Click OK to add the site.
- In the Work with: drop-down list, select the added Photran site. Expand Fortran Development Tools and check Phhotran End-User Runtime. Click Next, agree to the license terms and complete the installation.
- Finally, restart Eclipse
