Creating a graphical node after a selection is made on the selection wizard [message #1866336]

I have a selection wizard that I have configured to show me a list, and once a selection is made from that list it will create a node of the instance on the model. The instance appears on the model file but not the diagram, it creates the instance but not the corresponding node. How can I make it create the corresponding node on the diagram?
