I couldn't find the Marketplace Client source code, so I'm having trouble interpreting an error. Could someone point me in the right direction?

When I click the "Installed" tab in the Marketplace dialog it crashes with the attached "MarketplaceDiscoveryStrategy failed with an error" message:
index.php/fa/44466/0/

These are the details from the error log.
