Forte monitoring response format look like error [message #1865880]

When I was using Wireshare to capture the response of Forte's monitor, I found that the monitor format of Forte's response was incorrect

Normal format is:
index.php/fa/44379/0/

But i receive the reponse message's format is:
index.php/fa/44376/0/

It seems that forte was assembled into the wrong format

The attachments are Wireshark capture file and .fboot file
