Unable to run the Birt Report from Jsp [message #1865514]

i have configure the Birt with tomcate and is able to run the report in tomcate viewer in browser just like
http://localhost:8080/birt-viewer/frameset?__report=Employee.rptdesign

But not able to this in JSP
there are the steps i have perform in jsp page
1.<%@ taglib uri="/WEB-INF/tlds/birt.tld" prefix="birt" %>
2. include the birt.tld file in web-inf/tlds folder
3. Jar file in lib folder

errors is given as unable to load tag handler class org.eclips..birt.report.taglib.viewTaglib

When is this error appearing? What do you mean when you say "lib folder"?
