Tycho configurator Download Issue [message #1864728]

I am making a project for that i need maven tycho. And to set up maven tycho there are two steps:
1. maven download
2. tycho configurator

I have installed maven and I am not able to downlaod tycho configurator as it is showing some http related issue.

If anyone can help me then it will be very helpful for me.

But you'd better include more details that alluding to "some http related issue" because I can't even begin to guess what that that issue might be.
