I need some information on how GEH statistic is calculated from RouteSampler script. In the output file I get the usual "GEH<5 for X%" but in the GEH that I calculate in my code, this percentage does not match.

My input data are traffic counts collected at a frequency of 15 minutes (so basically I rescale the data to match veh/h unit which is the input data type for calculating GEH).

Basically, I need some information on the meaning of "origHourly" and "localHourly" variables in RouteSampler (around line 1168) and how these are calculated (it's a little bit obscure).

cheers
