Hello,

I installed last year glassfish for the first time. It was version 7.0.9. In the meanwhile there is 7..0.12 available. In order to update my installation I started reading the documentation, but the tools mentioned in the documentation "updatetool" and "pkg" do not exist.

So I wonder what is the right way to upgrade glassfish.
